Additional responsibilities:
■ Answering phones and directing phone calls to the appropriate department
■ Working closely with Supply Chain Manager on Sales Order Entry in ERP system
■ Organize courier shipments for parts.
■ Assist with local parts orders and office supplies
■ Maintain an order filing system
■ Receive visitors and telephone contacts for responding directly or redirect
■ Organize meetings in the Boardroom, run errands, plan staff functions and guest hosting
■ Supervise cleaning crew performance and cleanliness of office space
Requirements/Qualifications:
■ Similar Experience is an asset
■ Strong focus on meeting customer commitment deadlines with the highest level of quality standards
■ Proactive in response to problems as well as in the initiation of corrective actions
■ Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
■ Ability to easily adapt to new software as it relates to the company’s ERP (Logistics) system.
■ The ability to create and maintain a team environment focused on continuous improvement
■ Willingness to be a long-term contributor and strong team member within a stable and growing organization
■ Possess strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
■ Must pay attention to details with a customer service attitude
■ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with continual changes
■ Valid passport
■ Valid Ontario driver’s license
■ Own a reliable vehicle
